COMPENSATION

At GEXEL, compensation evolves with commitment and time spent within the company. Hourly wages increase as accumulated hours worked grow, ensuring continuous progression. You will also have the opportunity to benefit from various bonuses, such as the evening shift bonus, attendance bonus, performance bonus, and language proficiency bonus, depending on the specific campaign. Additionally, extra rest days are granted after 640 hours worked, and vacation days begin to accumulate from the third month of employment, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
